Tommy is 3 years and 11 months old. He is a friendly child who enjoys playing in all areas of the classroom. He plays at the parallel and cooperative level with classmates. During center time when students have their choice of centers, he has difficulty sharing with his classmates and requires one-to-one supervision. His ability to focus during whole group activities has improved since joining the learning setting, but it is still inconsistent. During large group discussions and book talk, Tommy is eager to participate and always volunteers. He is typically unable to remain in his seat or spot for more than 2 minute.
