EDDL 613 Concord Course Reflective journal COURSE REFLECTION JOURNAL
Due Saturday
For the first six weeks of this course, you were asked to maintain a journal that served as a place to record reflections, realizations, inspiration, or insights related to the course content. Chuck Hebert (2011) indicates five values of keeping a leadership journal, including the promotion of critical thinking and the deeper exploration of ideas; the opportunity to process and solidify thoughts on various concepts; and a single place to keep thoughts and ideas.
Considering everything you have learned in this course, in a three- to five-page paper, reflect on how your perspectives have changed.
Identify three concepts, or “aha” moments, of this course that were significant for you.
Describe how these concepts have altered your perspectives and how they can be applied in your day-to-day professional and personal life.
Cite examples from the required studies that illuminated your insights.
Include the rough draft entries from your journal as an appendix to your paper.
