Primary Discussion Response: When you are leading a team, it is important to provide feedback to the individuals on the team. This feedback can be both positive and negative. Imagine that you have been tasked with discussing negative feedback with one of the annual event committee members.

Write up an email to this team member that does the following:

Start by expressing your gratitude for the participation of your team member so far. Be sure to mention what he/she has contributed to the success of the project.
Give the team member clear and specific feedback and how he/she is not meeting expectations in a particular area and ideas and how this situation can be improved.
