Collaboration encourages innovation and opens opportunity for employees to bring fresh new ideas to the table as well as challenge the norms and seek ways to continue to beat the competition and better the companies brand and competitive edge. Investing in the brand and what makes the business unique also improves performance because they have are fine tunning their advantage which will make them out perform the competition. Thoughts?
