He has been married for 10 years and have 2 kids. they are Hispanic and been living hear for several years. He denies about his drinking problem but he scored high on the risk test. He is worried about his problem and seeking help. My recommendation was for him to do PHP for 3-4 weeks and take a break from work. And make sure his Brief Negotiated Intervention was meet. And that should do it with one reference.
