Causes of delay in underground utility projects: A literature review will be written as a collective of articles that discuses the causes of delay in underground utility projects ( Power cables, water lines, telephone cables, pipe lines…etc). Global projects causes of delay will be identified based the severity impact factors from 1 to 5, where 1 is no effect and 5 is very severe). after that a table will be generated to showcase the country and the most critical or severe factor and the least factor. In contrast, different countries will be discussed why X factor the the most severe and why Y factor has the least impact on delaying the project. (Example. USA have severe factor on delay of permit acquisition (5) , while weather condition factor has no effect (1) ) and you will explain why according to author.
