I define professionalism as the core value of anyone in a leadership role. Personal responsibility has a

Yes, I consider myself a steward of the retail industry since I have been in this field for many years. In the
13 years of spent in the retail management field I have seen this industry grow through the evolution of

Yes, this is extremely important as the new generation looks up to their future leader in many fields.
The decisions we make and the examples we set as professionals will scoop many future leaders. There
are things I can learn from my colleagues as we have learned from different experience throughout the
retail field. I’ve realized that being your most authentic self will gain the most attention from today’s
generation.
