movement by Post OP day 4, add laxative such Milk of Magnesium or Miralax.
3. Metoprolol Tartrate Tab
Give 25 mg PO two times a day for hypotension.
4. Tylenol Tab (Acetaminophen)
Give 1000 mg PO four times a day for pain. No more than 4 grams per 24 hours
5. Aspirin 81 Tab Chewable 81 mg (Aspirin)
1 tab PO one time a day for Atrial Fibrillation
6. Lasix Tab (Furosemide)
10 mg PO one time a day for edema, CHF
7. Vitamin B12 Tab 100 mcg (Cyanocobalanol)
1 Tab PO one time a day for supplement
8. Vitamin D3 Tab (Cholecalciferol)
2000 units PO one time a day for osteoporosis
