The study of Justice is focused on how we treat one another, being fair in all domains. Social justice
concentrates on treating everyone fairly no matter their background or affiliation. Now a day this
seems easier said than done. On a daily basis we see injustice around us. It can range from a
homeless man begging for scraps or even an innocent child on the news trapped in the midst of a
war zone or governmental politics.
Entering war is never justified when you are thinking of the citizens and what they have to suffer
through because of government disputes. When two countries are at war the effects are
traumatizing for a society and the recovery is brutal. Homes and people’s lives are destroyed, not to
mention the amount of children and families that remain broken after such events. The victims of
war have to go through intensive recovery.
According to the readings by Brock when referring to war we need consider three things (1) the
conditions under which entry into the war is justified (Jus Ad Bellum) and (2) the conditions for fair
conduct within the war (Jus In Bello) The third part of just war theory (Jus Post Bellum) concerns
how the war concludes and the transition back to a situation of peace.
For my research I will mainly be focused on the third part of a just war theory, how the war
concludes and the transition back to a situation of peace. For example, the war in Syria and how it
affected its people in various ways such as being denied at borders and not being able to work and
provide for their families.
In conclusion, all human beings should have at least the standard amenities of life, regardless of
where they live in this world. At the end, we all share this planet and all it’s resources is for everyone
to benefit from. In fact, war should never occur to be fair to all from the beginning.

Second:
Social justice is established on the thoughts of human rights and decency and can be portrayed as
the manner of demonstrating human rights in the typical day by day existences of people at each
component of society. Social justice concepts allude to values that approve techniques that target at
reducing or eradicating inequity; encouraging inclusiveness of diversity; and setting up
environments that accommodate all individuals. Social access is an idea of the conveyance of open
administrations, offices, and facilities to the intended individuals. Limited access might be attributed
to the high costs, the absence of suitable structures and facilities or because of preferences in the
general public that confine use. This concept supports equality to access all the necessary facilities,
goods and services to all individuals.
Society equity is a concept that holds to issues of justice and fairness. The concept of equity implies
that personal or social conditions, for example, sexual orientation, race or social class, are not
hindrances to getting justice. This means that in criminal law, all individuals are accorded the same
treatment. This concept emphasizes that no individual is above the law irrespective of their social
class. It also ensures that all individuals have equal access to economic resources as well power.
The concept of equal rights dictates that every person has equal legal, industrial and political rights.
This means that all individuals are equally protected under the law Fair treatment of law implies that
convicted people in criminal cases must be given certain rights and they will be charged as per the
lawfully accepted procedures. Rights are the fundamental directing standards managing what is
allowed of people or owed to people, according to some lawful structure, social convention, or
ethical beliefs. This concept subjects all individuals to equal rights.
Social participation refers to the extent to which an individual is involved in the activities that take
place in society. All individuals are entitled to social involvement are allowed to air their views on
societal matters freely. Social participation is the scope of individuals’ involvement and cooperation
with others in their society. Numerous components can impact social participation, including the
available resources in the network or neighborhood and how easily people can access those
resources.
